In order to become fit for the hybrid working world, we are constantly developing formats that prepare our colleagues for a working world with a mix of remote and face-to-face work.

You get access to the Otto Academy

As part of EOS, you can register for a wide range of training courses and workshops at the OTTO Academy. In addition to the high-quality input, networking and exchange with colleagues from the various Group companies are an additional advantage for you.

 

This creates a good basis for successful cooperation beyond the training courses. External participants also ensure a diversity of perspectives - a valuable aspect for all participants.

The perfect start

The two-day Starter Days are our offer for you as a new colleague to experience an optimal start at EOS. You have the opportunity to get a taste of different areas and learn more about your daily work.

 

In addition, our managing directors introduce themselves and give all participants an understanding of the EOS core business. During interactive networking games, you will make new contacts and perhaps get to know your new favorite lunch colleague.

Personnel development for your management career

As an aspiring manager, the Leadership Start-Up Program (LSU) is just right for you. Here you can strengthen yourself professionally and methodically for all topics related to personnel management. Theoretical and practical parts alternate with intensive reflection phases.

 

A special feature of the LSU program is the intensive examination of your own personality, which - in addition to all methodological skills - supports you in developing into an authentic leader. So that you can credibly exemplify and implement the EOS values.

Digitalisierungs-Know-how für alle Mitarbeiter

Faster, more connected, more innovative - digitalization is constantly evolving and we at EOS have to adapt to the constant change in order to continue to stand up to our competitors. To do this, we need a shared digital mindset that must be deeply anchored in our daily actions. This is an important topic for our HR development.

 

Because if we understand what digitalization has in store for us, we can adapt to it and react more flexibly to changes. That's why the entire Otto Group is learning with TechUcation.

 

The central component is a video-based online course that creates a fundamental understanding of the opportunities and challenges of digitalization and strengthens digital action competence.
